Trevor Graves - Team Manager...

The role of Team Managers is to arrange the entire logistics operation of getting the team to the race meeting, arrange and set up pit area. Organise all equipment required for the cars to function. Co-ordinate data. Set and keep budgets. Confer with team members and all their requirements. Relieve the pressure of the drivers so they can they can keep focused on the task at hand.

I am looking forward to the 2008 Panther Racing UK drag racing season. I think this will be the most exciting and challenging year of my drag racing career.
